We're having Thanksgiving at Manny's mom's this year.
I asked him last night if his family ate white people food, or what.
I thought it was a legitimate question.
He replied sarcastically with that squinty look I love: "No, we eat burritos and enchiladas........ Just like the Pilgrims did."
At which point I said "Well... you guys make tamales for Christmas, and I'm pretty sure that's not what Jesus did....."
I'm thankful for a man that enjoys (read: tolerates) my humor.
However you're celebrating, have a Happy Thanksgiving!
And find something to be thankful for!

Ha ha, I enjoy your humor! I will be celebrating Thanksgiving by myself in Seattle which means drinking entirely too much wine and watching movies all day (I hope, anyway). And I hope you get some white-people food. Happy Thanksgiving!
LOL You seriously crack me up. Totally should have hung out more in H.S. If we weren't heading to UT, we'd be at the Indian casino down the road. Maybe you'll get a really nice radio for Christmas...
